Foreign Clearance Program (FCP) SME

Location: Washington, DC
Clearance: TS/SCI Preferred

Overview

STi is seeking an FCP SME to support the Department of the Air Force Foreign Clearance Program and APACS operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide policy and operational support for foreign clearance activities
  • Support APACS administration, user support, and policy interpretation
  • Analyze international entry requirements and sovereignty issues
  • Maintain and update Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG) information
  • Support overseas clearance procedures and policy development
  • Coordinate with DISA, DoD stakeholders, and international partners
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG)
    • APACS
    • International travel clearance procedures
    • Sovereignty and overflight issues
  • Experience supporting DoD foreign travel programs
  • Strong analytical and policy interpretation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting embassy operations or combatant commands
  • Prior Air Force or Joint Staff experience
