We have an excellent opportunity in Business Development. The role is responsible for identifying and qualifying propects and coordinating the pursuit of new projects. This person is self-motivated and self reliant and is deeply engaged in the development of new and existing AEC industry partners in an effort to create and maintain positive business relationships.ย  This person has a solid working knowledge of the various contracting methods and contract formats including general requires a solid working knowledge of the various contracting methods and contract formats including general contracting, construction management, design-build, etc.ย 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Five (5) to ten (10) years experience in Business Development within the AEC industry.
  • Preferred four (4) year degree in construction or business related curriculum
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful proposal development efforts.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management software
