Job Title: Senior Application Administrator

Location : Baton Rouge, LA ( Local preferred )

Job Description:

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

  • Provide Technical support to the organization, serving as a FileNet Architect
  • This role is responsible for managing application development related to IBM FileNet, Workflow Toolsets and Content Navigator
  • Prioritize and resolve immediate technical issues, as well as work toward longer term project goals
  • Manage technical tasks using industry standard DevOps tools and dashboards; provide updates, status, and completion information to Project Managers and stakeholders.
  • Provide analysis for highly complex programs, review and approve architecture for FileNet widget based or custom application development.
  • Prepare operating procedures documentation.
  • Program logic, testing, debugging and documentation.
  • Provides analysis of problems and recommends solutions.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management application development. Experience with integrating custom widgets and business rules
  • 3+ years of experience with large-scale content migration
  • 3+ years of experience with Db2 and/or Microsoft SQL Server
  • 3+ years of experience in data extraction/transformation/migration and load processes
  • Broad understanding of FileNet P8 Platform Core Components and Base Products like: IBM Content Manager, IBM FileNet P8 platform, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records, Plugin development
  • Proficient with integration services / web services - solid understanding of the FileNet P8 architecture and experience using the FileNet P8 APIs
  • IBM Content Navigator (ICN)/ IBM Case Manager customization of search, filters, custom plugins services, filters and UI
  • Customizing widgets
  • General knowledge of High-Level FileNet P8 Architecture - Websphere (WAS), Administration Console for Content Platform Engine, Configuring and customizing IBM Enterprise Records, Content Search Services, Case Analyzer
  • Experience with Kofax Capture or IBM DataCap
  • Knowledge of workflow system concepts, in-baskets and roles
  • Knowledge of Object Stores, Taxonomy, Documents, Properties, Choice List, Subscriptions, Inherited Security
  • Knowledge of json, dojo, java, EDS, Plugins, widgets
  • Proficient with SQL Server/SQL Queries
  • Configuring an HTML5-based image viewer
  • Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS and Jira to track stories, tasks, defects, feature requests and code.
  • SSL certificate management (java keytool / IBM iKeyman)
