Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) Sector is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Contract Administrator based out of Annapolis Junction, MD or San Antonio, TX. This position will support the rapidly growing businesses in the Cyber and Information Solutions (CIS) Business Unit, specifically the Cyber & Cryptographic Solutions (C&CS) OU.
What You’ll Get to Do:The job assignment is for production and development programs across multiple customers. The selected candidate will have experience supporting work conducted in classified environments, focused on programs conducting cybersecurity services and development, for both prime contracts and subcontract purchase orders. They will be required to deal effectively with competing priorities/deadline and manage multiple tasks. The candidate must possess the ability to work well with the C&CS Program Directors and Business Managers on high-visibility programs, effectively deal with external customers, and meet the goals/objectives of the program teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following activities:
The successful candidate will have the ability to gather, organize, and relay information and collaborate in a team environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $141,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
