Our meritocratic culture gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one and grow quickly based on your results. We are looking for a Head of Social Media to take full ownership of our social media strategy and build our presence across our brands.
This is a leadership, ownership and high accountability role. You will define what we publish, who we target, how we grow our audience, and how social contributes to the broader business.
You will lead our Social Media Coordinator, own performance across organic and paid social, and continuously find new ways to grow our authority, engagement, and audience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and build our social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Define our content strategy, including formats, topics, audiences, and distribution
  • Develop a deep understanding of our audiences and what drives engagement
  • Lead and manage the Social Media Coordinator with clear priorities, feedback, and accountability
  • Analyze performance and turn data into actionable decisions
  • Own organic social performance, focusing on authority, engagement, audience growth, and community
  • Identify ways to turn our organic audience into a strategic asset for the broader business and paid media
  • Own the Meta ads strategy and calendar, optimizing content, audiences, and timing focusing of lead generation revenue
  • Work cross-functionally with revenue, growth, and editorial teams
  • Experiment with new platforms, formats, audiences, and creative approaches
  • Establish clear KPIs, reporting, and processes that allow the social operation to scale
  • The goal is to build an audience that trusts our brands, actively engages with our content, and creates long-term value for the business.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo and find new ways to grow

What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in social media, digital media, audience growth, content, or a related field
  • Proven experience owning and developing social media strategy across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of social algorithms, content strategy, audience development, and community engagement
  • Strong analytical and business skills, with the ability to connect social performance to business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of Meta and paid social, with a focus on revenue and lead generation rather than vanity metrics
  • Proven leadership experience and a strong ability to drive accountability
  • Creative, unconventional thinker who is constantly looking for new ways to grow an audience
  • Highly curious and comfortable testing, failing, learning, and scaling what works
  • Strong ownership mentality - you take responsibility for the strategy, the numbers, and the outcome

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in digital media, publishing, performance marketing, or lead generation is a strong plus
