What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Content Creator, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Content Creator, you need strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills, often supported by experience in digital marketing or a related field. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, and social media analytics platforms is typically required. Creativity, adaptability, and time management are crucial soft skills for consistently producing engaging and relevant content. These abilities ensure that content resonates with target audiences, aligns with brand goals, and adapts to evolving digital trends.

What are some common challenges content creators face when working with cross-functional teams?

Content creators often collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to produce cohesive and engaging material. One common challenge is aligning creative ideas with broader business objectives and timelines, which can sometimes require compromise or quick adjustments. Additionally, frequent feedback from multiple stakeholders can lead to revisions and scope changes, so effective communication and adaptability are essential. Building strong relationships and understanding the goals of each team helps ensure smoother collaboration and more successful content outcomes.

Established in 2004, we are a tech pioneer offering world-class adult entertainment and games on some of the internet's safest and most popular platforms. With the support of an international team of dynamic and collaborative innovators, we are on a mission to enable safe user experiences and empower our communities by celebrating diversity, inclusion, and expression - all while maintaining robust trust-and-safety protocols.

We embrace the best of both worlds! We are seeking a Content Partner Representative to join our growing Partnerships team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of content partners, including adult studios, creator agencies, podcasts, and streamers across both NSFW and SFW platforms.

  • Serve as the daily point of contact for a portfolio of content partners including studios, agencies, podcasts, and other NSFW/SFW content providers.
  • Onboard new partners and ensure their channel setup is optimized for maximum discoverability and performance from day one.
  • Coordinate content upload schedules, standards, and platform compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including views & view-through rates, clicks on videos, conversion rates, number & frequency of uploads, and revenue & earnings per partner.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that partners can immediately implement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners, identifying gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting templates to track partner health over time.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • Metrics-oriented mindset, you live in the data and are motivated by measurable outcomes.
  • Naturally curious, you always want to know the why behind a number and the how to improve it.
  • Proactive & detail-oriented, you manage follow-ups, deadlines, and partner needs without being asked twice.
  • Adaptable, comfortable switching between partner types, content categories, and platform environments.
  • "Whatever it takes" attitude, you show up for your partners and your team.
  • Excel proficiency, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data modeling.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Harmony, or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term rapport with diverse partner types.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to haves:

  • Prior experience working in a NSFW or adult content environment.
  • Background working for content providers, studios, or content distribution platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with creator economy platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, or similar subscription/creator monetization platforms.
  • Understanding of how to help creators grow their audience and increase conversion rates from free to paid content.
