About the Position
Improveit Home Remodeling is looking for a creative and versatile Content Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand voice to life across a wide range of communications. This role supports the execution of Improveit's content strategy by creating engaging written content for both internal and external audiences, playing a key role in helping us connect with homeowners and team members alike.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can adapt their tone to the audience and move fluidly between writing styles. The Content & Communications Specialist will report to the Content & Communications Manager and work closely with a highly collaborative marketing team to keep Improveit's content engine running smoothly with clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
  • Write SEO-driven content for homeowner education
  • Conduct homeowner interviews and write project profiles that highlight our work
  • Draft monthly customer newsletter copy

Social Media & Digital Content
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to script, create, and schedule social media posts
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews across multiple online platforms

Internal Communications
  • Write weekly content for Improveit's intranet for internal education and engagement
  • Assist with quarterly Town Hall scripting and production
  • Support internal storytelling and culture-focused communications

Brand & Culture Support
  • Contribute creative ideas that help reinforce Improveit's culture and Core Values
  • Highlight team member achievements, company milestones, and internal events
  • Assist with communications that strengthen connection across our growing organization

Content Operations
  • Support the development and execution of Improveit's deadline-driven content calendar
  • Ensure all content reflects Improveit's brand tone, voice, and values
