POSITION SUMMARY:

The SAP Business One (SAP B1) Onsite Support Analyst is responsible for providing first- and second-level support to SAP B1 users worldwide. This role ensures smooth daily ERP operations, resolves user issues, supports business processes, and collaborates with technical teams on system enhancements and improvements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide on-site support for SAP B1 users (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory).
  • Manage user accounts, authorizations, and role assignments.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve support tickets within SLAs.
  • Manage user access, authorizations, and system configurations.
  • Develop reports (SQL / Crystal Reports preferred).
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
  • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with external SAP partners when necessary.

Training And User Guidance

  • Conduct end-user training sessions including work instructions.
  • Provide onboarding training for new employees.
  • Promote best practices in SAP B1 usage.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field

Proven Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on SAP B1 support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of core SAP B1 modules.
  • Basic SQL knowledge (MS SQL / HANA).
  • Crystal Reports
  • Boyum Usability Package
  • Beas Manufacturing
  • Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of SAP B1 add-ons and integrations.
  • Excel Power Query and Power Pivot
  • Knowledge on Business Process Automations and Support
