STIBO PIM Consultant - Onshore Internal Job Description: PIM Consultant (STIBO STEP) Role Purpose As a PIM Consultant, you will play a critical role in strengthening ANF's product data capabilities by designing and enabling a robust data model within STIBO STEP and building scalable business rules and workflows that ensure high-quality, consistent, and timely product data delivery to our website and digital channels. This role is key to improving customer experience, site performance, and product discoverability through better data management practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Model Ownership Design, enhance, and maintain product data models (attributes, hierarchies, classifications, relationships) aligned to ANF business needs. Ensure the model supports eCommerce, merchandising, and downstream systems efficiently. Drive standardization and governance across product data entities. 2. Business Rules & Automation Develop and manage business rules, conditions, and workflows to support: Product enrichment and validation Lifecycle management Automated data propagation across contexts Implement on-approval rules, event-driven logic, and bulk update mechanisms to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy. Continuously optimize rules for performance and scalability. 3. Website Data Enablement Enable structured and optimized product data delivery to the ANF website and digital platforms. Partner with eCommerce teams to: Improve data readiness and completeness for online catalogs Ensure correct attribute mapping and formatting Support faster page load and better customer experience Build rule-based solutions to ensure only relevant, clean, and publish-ready data reaches the website. 4. STIBO STEP Configuration & Development Configure and enhance STEP capabilities including: Business rules, workflows, and Web UI STEP XML for inbound/outbound integration Event processors and queues Develop or extend functionality using: JavaScript, STEP Extension API, and modular rule frameworks Contribute to reusable components and internal accelerators. 5. Integration & Data Flow Enable reliable data exchange between STEP and downstream systems (eCommerce, DAM, ERP, etc.) Configure integration endpoints and data syndication flows tailored to consumer system needs. Work with integration teams to ensure efficient data contracts and payload structures. 6. Performance & Optimization Identify and address data model, rule, or integration inefficiencies Improve: Data processing time Data publishing speed Overall system performance Apply best practices for scalable PIM design and implementation 7. Collaboration & Ownership Work closely with Product, Merchandising, eCommerce, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into PIM solutions. Act as a functional and technical SME within the team Support continuous improvement of PIM practices, documentation, and standards.
