About the Role:
Summit Pools is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to be the first impression of our company. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love keeping things organized, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain an organized and welcoming front office.
Assist with administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Support office staff with daily operations and special projects.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, subcontractors, and team members.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude with a heart to serve others.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not required.
