Job description

Robert W. Adler & Associates is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our Architectural and Construction Management team. This is a temporary part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls

- Welcome clients, consultants, and visitors

- Assist with correspondence, filing, and document management

- Support project managers and architectural staff with administrative tasks

- Maintain office organization and reception area appearance

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- Assist with proposal preparation and general office operations as needed

Qualifications

- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Professional demeanor and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
