Receptionist | 7:30AM - 4:30PM | Mon - Fri | $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr

Qualifications for Receptionist

  • Previous billing experience would be a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • 2-3 years of office clerical experience
  • Familiarity with office concepts, practices and procedures
  • Customer service personality
  • Experience answering multi-line phone systems preferred
  • Valid Driver’s license

Responsibilities for Receptionist

  • Data Entry of time and material to support billing
  • Communicate with customer concerning schedules and billing
  • Assist with preparation and mailing of invoices
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Answer phones
  • Keep filing current
  • Make post office trips
  • Assist with preparation and mailing of invoices
