Vaco is partnering with a national construction and engineering organization on a large, multi-year project on the southwest side of Indy near Mooresville, IN. This is an onsite Construction Office Manager role supporting a busy construction site environment. This is a long term contract opportunity. This position is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, blue-collar environment and enjoys being the go-to support person keeping operations running smoothly. Location: Southwest side of Indy near Mooresville, IN Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4pm Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Serve as the front-line office presence for the jobsite trailer; greet visitors and employees as they arrive Act as the administrative hub for the project team, supporting the Program Manager and Assistant Project Manager Assist with billing, invoicing, and other basic accounting functions Enter and manage time-keeping data for field operations Maintain and organize contract documents and project paperwork Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle general administrative tasks Support daily jobsite operations to keep the project moving efficiently Required Skills: Strong administrative / office management experience Ability to learn new systems quickly Experience in billing, employee onboarding, data entry, customer service, and documentation Comfortable working in a blue-collar, construction-style environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities Clear, professional communication skills with field and office teams MS Office proficiency Preferred Skills: Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments Experience supporting fast-paced project teams By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
