Overview

Champion Window - Confirm Lead

If you have excellent communication and customer service skills, join the Champion Window team! Champion has an immediate opening for a Confirm Lead.

As the Confirm Leader, you will be responsible for managing the confirmation staff as well as monitoring and managing leads set by the marketing team. They will focus on making sure that we have scheduled the necessary amount of appointments for each day through confirming and moving up leads. They will assign their staff to handle dialing out for confirmation rounds, moving up appointments or generating new leads based on what is needed. The Confirm Leader is responsible for reporting and auditing of leads and then delivering feedback to the leadership team. They will make sure their staff is handling duties efficiently and meeting performance standards. They will be responsible for ensuring inbound calls and texts are being answered quickly and appropriately. The Confirm Leader is expected to communicate not only with the Call Center Department but also with the field marketing team and sales team regarding leads and scheduling availability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage confirmation staff.
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching.
  • Monitor scheduled leads and confirm leads have accurate information.
  • Assign and ensure all rounds of confirmation are called, all leads are being dialed and texted.
  • Audit calls to ensure proper procedures and quality standards are being met.
  • Audit poor lead results and investigate lead issues.
  • Communicating with other leaders and departments as needed.
  • Assist in achieving daily, monthly, and yearly lead goals.
Qualifications
  • Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Display expertise in what products we offer, scheduling and department protocols.
  • Ability to collaborate with other leaders to ensure goals are being achieved

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Degree in marketing, sales, or business seen favorably.
  • Previous Inside Sales experience.
  • Previous experience in leadership or sales seen favorably.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods working on a computer.
  • Must be able to work with a mouse & keyboard.
