TRC Talent Solutions is looking for an Order Management Specialist for our client in Atlanta, GA!
Primary Purpose: Reinforce and support the customer relationship and support the sales order process by performing the following duties with diligence.
Job Details:
  • Pay: 55k-65k

  • Shift: Flexible

Job Requirements:
  • Receive and confirm new purchase orders via e-mail and customer portals when applicable.

  • Verify pricing, availability, and past due history prior to issuing order confirmation.

  • Manage and schedule shipment of orders to meet requested delivery date.

  • Life cycle management of Sales Orders.

  • Purchase orders for imported materials.

  • Order invoicing with proper review of BOL and shipping document.

  • Provide clear, consistent, courteous, and concise communication.

  • Work together with Sales Managers to support the sales process as required by client.

  • Collaborate with team members and external departments as needed to perform all duties and tasks as assigned or delegated.

Qualifications:
  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and order management in and office setting

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of SAP and Supply Chain
