Confirmation Call Center Manager - Home Improvement
Bath Planet is hiring an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager to lead and scale our appointment confirmation team. This role is critical to protecting sales opportunities and requires deep experience in home improvement call centers (bath, window, roofing, HVAC, solar, etc.).Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach confirmation agents
  • Maximize show rates and qualified appointments
  • Ensure both homeowners present and expectations set
  • Reduce no-shows, reschedules, and fallout
  • Monitor calls, scripts, and KPIs
Requirements
  • 5+ years call center management experience in home improvement (required)
  • Strong understanding of lead confirmation, objection handling, and same-day sales
  • Proven ability to hold teams accountable and drive results
