Administrative Coordinator's Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain office supplies for shared areas, kitchens, and the training room, including ordering, inventory, budget adherence, and monthly expense reconciliation.
  • Coordinate office vendor and suite services, including copier, postage, shredding, and maintenance and cleaning requests.
  • Process daily mail operations, including incoming and outgoing mail, certified and overnight deliveries, and the employee mail distribution system.
  • Provide backup support for the digital visitor management system, monitor the general office email account and website submissions, and route communications and announcements.
  • Arrange logistics for corporate events and meetings, including space, hotels, catering, setup, food orders, and conference travel.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as mailings, scanning, filing, and notary services.
  • Serve as backup for the Director of Administration during absences.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Must have three (3) years of experience supporting office operations, coordination, or administrative functions in a professional environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • In-office schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break.
