Job description

Reports to: Vice President of Sales
Overview: This position is primarily responsible for managing Crossway's conference sponsorships and ministry relationships, helping oversee the strategic direction of Crossway's conference presence, and leading the conferences team. This role ensures that Crossway's participation in conferences and events advances broader ministry goals and is executed with excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute all sponsorship agreements with organizations such as The Gospel Coalition, Getty Music, Evangelical Theological Society, and Cross Conference, as well as all smaller sponsorship contracts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external conference organizers, managing the flow of information regarding deadlines, deliverables, and contractual details.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines for each event, proactively flagging potential bottlenecks for internal teams to ensure 100% on-time delivery of assets.
  • Work with Crossway leadership to determine priorities for the conference effort and ensure that these are reflected in the various opportunities and events.
  • Engage and lead larger conference-related projects, such as booth design, merchandising components, and other operational improvements.
  • Facilitate weekly communication with internal teams to review progress and determine priorities.
  • Collaborate with other departments on resources, assets, and materials.
  • Facilitate training meetings for conference staff.
  • Represent Crossway at conferences and ministry events as assigned.
  • Uphold the moral and spiritual standards required of Christian leaders, as taught in the Scriptures, in relation to each area of their work and their lives in general.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Crossway leadership.
  • 10-15% travel required to support conference and ministry partnership efforts.

Requirements for Position
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple projects and relationships simultaneously. Must be a self-starter with sound judgment, able to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with the Christian publishing, ministry, or events space is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-level project management, account management, or ministry coordination preferred.

Necessary personal qualities include a love for God's Word and for his church, commitment to an evangelical understanding of the Bible, the gospel, and Christian doctrine, a genuine faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and active participation in a local church.

Salary
Salary range $70,000-$75,000. The salary range for this position is based on the following factors; previous job performance and experience, acquired skills and abilities, aptitude, current industry standards, and the applicant's level of commitment and desire to do an outstanding job in the position.
