About the Role
As the first point of contact at the community, the Concierge provides exceptional customer service, greeting residents, families, and visitors while supporting sales, marketing, and business office functions. You will manage the lobby experience, answer calls, and help ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
What You'll Do
  • Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions and concerns
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Monitor the lobby, maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • Support marketing and sales efforts, including tours, inquiries, and Lead Management Program tasks
  • Assist the business office with resident documentation and file maintenance
  • Encourage resident participation in community activities
  • Report elder maltreatment or abuse as required
  • Follow and communicate company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in customer service or answering phones preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • First Aid certification required
  • Compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email
