Warehouse Operator

Location: Bapchule, AZ 85121
Pay Rate: Up to $20.00/hr (W-2)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM


Job Overview

Seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operators to join its Agricultural Solutions team in Bapchule, AZ. This role involves material handling, equipment operation, and maintaining accurate inventory records in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and move goods packed on pallets, crates, or totes.

  • Transport materials to and from designated areas according to production or shipping schedules.

  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Check loads for accuracy and ensure secure transport.

  • Stack and store goods properly in assigned storage bays.

  • Perform daily equipment checks, including battery charging and lubrication.

  • Verify product quality against standards.

  • Use a computer or tablet for data entry, communication, and training.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.


Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of forklift experience (BASF forklift certification per OSHA required within 30 days).

  • Skills:
