CAFM CAD AnalystPosition Overview

Support the development of migration plans, move sequencing, and space optimization strategies while ensuring data accuracy across IWMS platforms. Partner with cross-functional teams to reconcile headcount forecasts, maximize space utilization, and enforce corporate space standards. Leverage advanced CAD and TRIRIGA expertise to deliver strategic occupancy planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop migration plans and sequencing for group-level and individual moves aligned with corporate guidelines
  • Create, recommend, and enforce space policies, standards, procedures, and protocols
  • Ensure data accuracy across TRIRIGA instance and report on current supply, capacity, and forecast changes
  • Assemble, update, and report top-down and bottom-up data projections for annual planning horizon
  • Reconcile headcount forecast discrepancies between leadership projections and group-level data
  • Track and report actual seat demand at the group level
  • Present space utilization data to drive productive workspace decisions
  • Facilitate and resolve data processing issues identified in customer planning meetings
  • Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate to review planning forecast requirements and resolve concerns
  • Partner with Business Unit leadership to collect and reconcile headcount forecasts
  • Coordinate with Project Management on planning strategies that drive construction projects
  • Support move coordination and facility management teams with space processes, implementation requests, and facility audits
  • Contribute to cross-campus/portfolio strategy plan development
  • Participate in allocation/chargeback cycles, including related reporting and space data updates
  • Consolidate data and floor plans into presentations for clients and business lines
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate environment
  • Expert AutoCAD skills
  • TRIRIGA IWMS system experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for client presentations
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive-level clients
  • Proven ability to reorganize priorities to address changing team needs

  • Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at strategic level
