About the Role
The Compliance Manager ensures the organization maintains full regulatory and accreditation compliance. This role oversees company insurance policies, state licensing, and accreditation requirements, while managing certificates of insurance and contractual compliance needs. The Compliance Manager also maintains accurate employee and facility records, coordinates regulatory training, and ensures policies and procedures align with state and federal standards for DME providers.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist in the management of company insurance policies (General, Professional, Workers’ Comp, Cyber, and Product).

·         Manage COI (Certificates of Insurance) requests for facilities and state agencies.

·         Address unique contractual needs and special compliance requirements.

·         Manage accreditation site visits, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed.

·         Oversee state licensing requirements, ensuring the organization remains compliant with state-specific regulations.

·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records required for accreditation audits.

·         Prepare and submit required accreditation documents to regulatory agencies.

·         Oversee proper licensure and certification for DME providers in accordance with state and federal regulations.

·         Coordinate employee training and acknowledgements on DME-specific regulatory requirements and proper documentation practices.
