Vendor Compliance Clerk

McDonough, Georgia, United States

Vendor Compliance Clerk needs 2+ years experience vendor compliance

Vendor Compliance Clerk requires:

  • After training remote
  • Role is remote, onsite training.
  • Experience with major retailer compliance requirements, routing guides, and vendor violation processes
  • Basic knowledge of EDI transaction
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines; demonstrates logical analysis and problem solving skills
  • Inquisitive and innovative approach to problem solving and capitalizing on opportunities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel (macros, pivots, lookups, etc).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional solution delivery skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation
  • Supply chain knowledge a plus
  • SAP knowledge a plus
  • Knowledge of GXS & Intertrade catalogue a plus.

Vendor Compliance Clerk duties:

  • Maintains documentation on current Customer Compliance requirements and capabilities, communicating with internal and external users as required
  • Review and advice on differences between vendor guides requirements vs internal guides to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitates the successful on-boarding of new EDI and non-EDI accounts
