About the position
CodeRabbit is seeking a Principal Competitive Intelligence Manager to join its Product Marketing organization. This role is pivotal in analyzing the competitive landscape and providing actionable insights to support go-to-market strategies and sales motions. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to position CodeRabbit's offerings effectively against competitors, ensuring the organization remains competitive in an extremely dynamic market.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Product marketing and Sales leaders in building and implementing an effective competitive intelligence program, including data-driven competitive strategies and actionable sales playbooks.
  • Conduct technical deep dive, hands-on comparisons, and benchmarking, develop competitive messaging and positioning to support sales and marketing teams.
  • Equip our fast growing sales and GTM teams with winning tactical responses, deals support, and timely updates and training.
  • Build competitive marketing and enablement assets such as battle-cards, competitor bulletins, customer facing materials, and positioning slides to highlight CodeRabbit's differentiation.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate competitive developments, providing timely responses to market changes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, engineering, and sales to craft competitive positioning strategies.
  • Drive the Win/Loss program, analyzing data to advise sales strategies and product decisions, validate our competitive messaging and identify customer proof points.
