As aLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and relational needs to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to assist clients in achieving their personal and relational goals.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to provide holistic care.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Your role will primarily focus on serving individuals and families facing a range of challenges, including relationship stress, life transitions, trauma, and mental health disorders.
