  • Strong knowledge of SQL, database management systems, and reporting services (e.g., SSRS, SSIS).
  • Experience with data integration, data mining, and OLAP technologies.
  • Experience with AI agents or autonomous analytics tools and AI-ready data preparation.
  • Practical knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of AI ethics, data bias mitigation, explainability, and AI governance practices.
  • Effective troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, as a team member, and in a cross-functional capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous work experience at banks, credit unions, or other financial service institutions preferred.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement.
