We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow, and continual improvement in support of our growth initiatives. With a mission to transform patient experience and significantly scale its regional footprint, the Office Manager is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, and leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with a background in office management, and human resources. This role involves managing schedules, vendor relationships, and team coordination while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide direction to clinic staff for high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
  • Operational Enhancements: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize clinic performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze clinic data to drive informed decision-making and enhance performance.
  • Efficient Resource Management: Manage staffing, schedules, and resources to meet patient demand effectively.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, revenue management, and expense control for clinic operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical or office experience
  • Supervising experience with team management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems and scheduling software
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software.
  • Demonstrated ability to train staff and support team development initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Location: This position is based full time in McAllen, TX (8am-5pm daily), with occasional travel to our other offices in Texas.
