Salary: $80,000–$85,000


A luxury hotel in Nashville is seeking a polished and people-first Director of Front Office to lead the guest arrival and departure experience with warmth, precision, and calm confidence.

This role is ideal for a front office leader who knows how to balance elevated service, operational flow, team development, and financial accountability. The Director of Front Office will oversee front desk operations, support service recovery, mentor the team, and partner closely with Rooms leadership and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.


What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop the front office team

Oversee check-in, check-out, guest requests, and service recovery

Drive service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Manage schedules, workflows, resources, and front office performance

Partner cross-functionally to support a cohesive luxury guest journey

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of front office management experience
