Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients and prospects
  • Learn sales and business development strategies
  • Assist customers with insurance and financial protection needs
  • Develop leadership and communication skills
  • Work closely with mentors and district leadership
  • Learn day-to-day agency operations and management

Requirements
  • Licensing: You must hold or be willing to quickly obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and then Life & Health insurance licenses.
  • Experience & Skills: 2 to 3 years of previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is strongly preferred. You must be highly motivated and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear interest in future ownership
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Leadership potential and willingness to learn
