Position:
HR Manager, Sales Compensation Systems
Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Manager, Incentive Compensation Systems to serve as the business owner and subject matter expert for our Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform, currently Oracle Incentive Compensation.
This role is responsible for system administration, configuration, reporting, process improvement, and ongoing platform optimization.
The position partners with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Sales leaders to support compensation processing, system enhancements, data integrations, reporting, and global deployment initiatives. This role translates business requirements into scalable system solutions, drives automation and continuous improvement efforts, and combines leadership responsibilities with active involvement in the day-to-day operation and evolution of Arrow's incentive compensation systems.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Own and administer the company's Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform.
  • Configure and maintain compensation plans, business rules, calculations, participant assignments, quotas, reporting solutions, and system enhancements.
  • Lead system testing, deployments, upgrades, and platform optimization efforts.
  • Troubleshoot compensation, reporting, data, and integration issues while partnering with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
  • Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting that support compensation operations and business decision-making.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Sales Compensation teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation administration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Support annual plan implementations, governance activities, audits, compliance requirements, and global deployment initiatives.
  • Lead and develop team members while maintaining a strong understanding of platform capabilities, business processes, and operational activities.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years supporting incentive compensation, sales compensation operations, compensation technology, or related business applications.
  • Proven background administering or supporting a Sales Performance Management (SPM), incentive compensation, commission management, or comparable enterprise platform.
  • Hands-on knowledge configuring calculations, business rules, workflows, reporting, and data-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive work to completion with minimal direction.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Sales, and business leadership.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation preferred; experience administering other enterprise Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms such as Xactly, Varicent, SAP Commissions (Callidus), CaptivateIQ, Anaplan, or similar solutions will also be considered.
  • Background supporting complex incentive compensation programs in a multi-business-unit or global environment.
  • Knowledge of compensation governance, payroll processes, audit controls, and reporting frameworks.
  • Exposure to enterprise integrations, business intelligence solutions, and system implementation projects.
  • Track record of delivering automation, scalability, and process improvement initiatives.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$102,900.00 - $137,940.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
