DESCRIPTION
This role is a Hybrid position-2 days in the office / 3 days at home
We're looking for a Commission Analyst to join our high-impact FP&A team. This position will have a heavy focus on revenue, sales, and commissions, and the identification of key drivers in order to assist senior management in the decision-making process. You'll be responsible for developing financial models, forecasting performance, and supporting strategic decision-making for the Americas region while partnering with the different sales teams. As a Commissions Analyst, you will play a crucial role within the Sinch America's FP&A Team, supporting the regional business. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding data analytical abilities, critical thinking, a steadfast and intellectual curiosity, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead financial analysis for Sales and Commissions across the Americas region
  • Own and support reporting cycles, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
  • Prepare and deliver monthly Sales Commission statements for internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to generate data-driven insights and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Generate and analyze reports to support executive decision-making
  • Build and improve scalable financial frameworks, systems, and databases to enhance data accuracy and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous process improvement while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or private equity (or 2+ years in accounting or business related).
  • 2 + years of experience in commissions administration, sales compensation, financial analysis, payroll, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Prefe Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) systems such as Xactly, Varicent, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of sales compensation design and administration.
    • Understanding of payroll processes and financial controls.
    • Experience supporting a global sales organization in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.
  • MBA or Master's degree in a business or quantitative subject (e.g., finance, computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics).
  • Practical knowledge of CRM software Salesforce,

The annual starting salary for this position is between $94,000.00-$112,800. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 7/7/2026 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
This role is a Hybrid position-2 days in the office / 3 days at home. Candidates must currently reside in and be eligible for employment in the Chicago metro area. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available for this role.
