This Full time, on-site role is based in Harrisburg, NC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, acquiring pricing, scheduling, and inventory control management. This position works closely with customers and internal teams to help move jobs from inquiry to completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Communicate with clients via phone, fax, and email
  • Foster relationships with clients to ensure a successful circulation of information and building rapport
  • Assist with trucking and transportation scheduling of products
  • Assist with Inventory Management
  • Work with production on scheduling, projects, and specialty orders
  • Invoice data entry
  • Support the sales department
  • Administrative duties as required
  • Data Entry with superb attention to detail
Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience is required
  • Strong customer service skills including the ability to always remain professional
  • Should be a self-starter who is proactive with strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Manufacturing experience
  • Steel business experience

  • Process flow experience in Manufacturing industry
