Description:

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is looking for a Data Entry Associate to join our Builders Division!


We are a luxury retailer of home appliances, outdoor kitchens, plumping fixtures, and mattresses. This role is part of our Builders Division, a team dedicated to providing excellent service for large orders of product, usually to construction firms specializing in housing developments. The Data Entry Associate supports these efforts by ensuring that all information related to the sale order is accurate.


The ideal candidate will possess an organized mindset and excellent customer service values. They should be comfortable excel, Microsoft suite, and making phone calls.


Job Summary Responsibilities

  • Providing best in class customer service to our clients through accuracy and professionalism.
  • Review Purchase Orders received. Ensure pricing and models numbers are correct.
  • Process all reviewed Purchase Orders in ARS and update records.
  • File all completed purchase orders in the shared drive and file folders.
  • Add invoice numbers to the sequence sheet.
  • Create Sequence sheets for new projects.
  • Keep track of all PO’s that need to be revised and follow up with the Contractors Purchasing department.
  • Review vendor portals weekly to make sure POs are not missed.
  • Create all invoices for the department with the correct address, pricing, tax codes, models, parts and notes.
  • Accurately complete other data-entry tasks and projects as requested by the department Director

EXPERIENCE/ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years’ experience with accounts receivables, sales data entry, or similar role required.
  • Customer service or customer facing environments preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required. Confidence with Excel is a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and demonstrate good listening skills
  • Minimum High school diploma or GED required
  • Certifications in business administration or accounting is preferred

COMPENSATION:

Starting Pay Range:

  • $20.00 – 22.00 hourly

  • The Temperature in the work environment us usually moderate to cool, but can be cold or hot.
  • Will be working with computers and phones frequently.
  • Occasionally required to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Frequently sitting and typing for extended periods of time.
  • Frequently able to communicate verbally and in written form.
  • Frequently able to use all types of vision, such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception, to complete daily tasks.
  • Occasionally required to bend, stretch, reach or stoop.
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 20 LBS.
  • Required to wear comfortable and showroom appropriate clothes within Business Causal standards.
