  • Lead workstreams and manage analysts/consultants to produce client-ready outputs

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, including working sessions, feedback, risks, and next steps

  • Translate commercial strategy into operating model activation, process design, business requirements, change impacts, and adoption plans

  • Identify and govern value unlock opportunities by linking transformation activities to measurable business outcomes, value cases, KPIs, and realization plans

  • Apply life sciences commercial knowledge to connect workflow, governance, data, technology, compliance, and talent implications

  • Partner with technology, analytics, AI, operations, and change teams to ensure solutions are practical and executable

  • Manage dependencies, issues, risks, stakeholder alignment, and rollout readiness across complex transformation programs

  • Manage delivery discipline across workplans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, stakeholder decisions, testing / UAT needs, rollout readiness, and adoption activities

  • Support proactive commercial transformation opportunities and proposals by shaping the client problem, workplan, solution approach, delivery model, and value story

  • Contribute to thought capital by developing reusable perspectives, frameworks, case examples, and market-facing points of view on commercial transformation, enablement, AI/data, and future ways of working

Growth Opportunities

You will continue to grow through:

  • Leading commercial transformation work that turns strategy into executable change for major life sciences clients

  • Building expertise across operating model activation, process redesign, technology enablement, AI/data, change, and adoption

  • Partnering across Accenture teams to deliver integrated strategy, technology, operations, analytics, and change solutions

  • Developing market-facing perspectives on commercial transformation and AI-enabled ways of working

  • Coaching analysts and consultants into future life sciences transformation practitioners

Who do we need?

We would love to hear from you if you have:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across one or more commercial functions: field, marketing, market access, patient services, medical, or commercial operations

  • Experience translating business needs into process designs, business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, implementation plans, or change impacts

  • Comfort partnering across operations, technology, analytics, AI, change management, training, and business teams
