Position Overview
As the oldest and largest tree and landscape care company in the U.S., Davey has a rich heritage of scientific and environmental leadership. This role plays a key part in connecting prospective commercial clients with the right Davey sales teams by qualifying inbound interest, supporting timely follow-up, and helping create a stronger pipeline of sales-ready opportunities.
The Commercial Lead Coordinator is responsible for managing the front-end of the Davey commercial sales funnel. • Manage and qualify a consistent flow of inbound commercial leads from web forms, marketing campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct systematic outreach to all new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify project scope, timeline, budget, and decision-maker authority.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all lead interactions in MS Dynamics 365 to ensure a seamless, warm handoff to the appropriate sales team.
  • Provide operational support on complex RFP's and bid documents, as needed.

2. Strategic Prospecting & Sales Support (30%)
  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to engage new prospects and reactivate dormant commercial accounts.
  • Partner with sales leaders and the commercial marketing team to conduct outbound campaigns targeting key commercial verticals with intent-based audiences.
  • Support sales teams by scheduling qualification meetings and conducting preliminary property research using satellite imagery and public records, as needed.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer success, marketing coordination, or lead generation. Experience in the commercial landscaping, tree care, facility maintenance, or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern CRM systems (MS Dynamics 365 preferred), lead-tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Core Competencies:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with high-volume outbound phone calls and email sequences.
    • High level of self-motivation, organization, and the ability to operate independently in a hybrid/remote team structure.
