Job Description
This individual is responsible for supporting various loan originations systems.
Essential Functions
โ€ข Ensure accuracy while meeting the established service level agreements and benchmarks
โ€ข Ensure total document and data integrity attributes to comply with CECL data points
โ€ข Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with exemplary customer service in the established time frame
โ€ข Collaborate with key strategic partners as needed (i.e. Third party vendors, Compliance, Legal, Credit, and Lending departments)
โ€ข Provide support for system releases and testing of new products and services; troubleshoot issues and challenges that arise
โ€ข Lead any acquisition activities as needed
โ€ข Remain current on relevant system enhancements and updates
โ€ข Maintain updates to department procedures and user guides
โ€ข Serve as back-up in the absence of the department manager
โ€ข Participate in a leading role on behalf of department in bank-wide projects
โ€ข Participate in department talent recruiting efforts and interviewing process
โ€ข Design, develop and facilitate department training
Additional Essential Functions
โ€ข Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
โ€ข Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency

โ€ข Remain current on all pending and proposed regulatory changes affecting compliance and attend webinars/trainings covering regulatory and compliance issues
โ€ข Support department manager in addressing audit related questions or findings
โ€ข Support the departments disaster recovery testing efforts as needed

โ€ข Abide by the rules of the safety and loss prevention program
โ€ข Perform work tasks in a safe manner
โ€ข Report any and all injuries to supervisor
โ€ข Know what to do in case of an emergency

Education
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration/Finance
Work Experience
6 - 8 years Banking experience in the area of lending

Experience as a System Administrator for Abrigo, Moody's Creditlens, or LaserPro
