Crest Ford Center Line is seeking a dynamic Commercial Account Manager (CAM) to join our brand-new Ford Pro Store in Center Line, MI. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial customers, driving business growth by delivering exceptional service and tailored vehicle solutions. You will leverage your expertise in commercial automotive sales to build and maintain strong relationships, understand client needs, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the sales and after-sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers to understand their fleet needs and goals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the service, parts, and finance teams to provide comprehensive solutions for commercial clients.
  • Stay up to date on Ford Pro products, services, and industry trends to effectively position the portfolio to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall dealership growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to commercial customers to build long-term partnerships.
Requirements
