Commercial Account Manager

Purpose:

The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing commercial business relationships within customersโ€™ accounts

Responsibilities:

  • Managing assigned commercial accounts and maintaining regular customer contact
  • Increasing parts, service, and equipment sales within assigned accounts
  • Identifying customer needs and providing total solutions utilizing all Meade Tractors departments.
  • Developing new commercial accounts and business opportunities
  • Coordinating with Sale, Parts, Service and Precision Ag departments to support customer operations
  • Scheduling routine account visits and maintaining customer call records with Anvil
  • Assisting customers with equipment specifications, quotations, financing options, and machine availability
  • Monitoring customersโ€™ fleets and identifying replacement opportunities.
  • Promoting preventative maintenance programs and service agreements
  • Supporting collection efforts when needed
  • Representing Meade Tractor professionally within the community and industry events
  • Maintaining strong customer satisfaction and retention


Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years selling or other experience in the agriculture industry.
  • Marketing/selling experience or skills.
  • High degree of mechanical/technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Able to climb on, operate, and inspect equipment.
  • Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
