Our client is a well-established insurance firm offering a comprehensive range of Commercial, Personal, and Group Benefits Insurance solutions. They are committed to their employees' well-being, providing fully employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, as well as a 401(k) plan. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a book of commercial accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring seamless policy management and renewal processes. This is a full-time, fully in-office position.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire renewal process independently for each commercial lines account, including scheduling renewal meetings, facilitating policy reviews, and consulting on policy changes.
  • Prepare quotes and estimates for new business opportunities.
  • Re-market accounts to carriers, bind coverages, and handle invoicing.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to existing clients; write new business from referrals and inbound leads โ€” no cold calling or prospecting required.
  • Negotiate with carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Process certificates of insurance and policy endorsements.
  • Bind policies and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Report to the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Candidates residing within 30 minutes of the office are preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and renewals independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
