As the Thermo-Form Sales Account Manager  - Plastics specializing in Returnable Packaging, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will specifically focus on our plastic division core business, thermoforming, and injection molded productions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the returnable packaging industry, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

The Account Manager - Plastics for Returnable Packaging is a critical role in driving business growth through effective relationship management, strategic sales initiatives, and a deep understanding of client needs in the returnable packaging sector. 


Job Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

· Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients in the returnable packaging sector.

· Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

· Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.


Sales and Revenue Growth:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for assigned key accounts.

· Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

· Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.


Negotiation and Contract Management:

· Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients.

· Ensure the development and execution of mutually beneficial agreements.

· Monitor contract compliance and address any issues promptly.


Market Analysis and Client Feedback:

· Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
