About the Role

We're seeking a meticulous, proactive Collections and Contract Specialist who thrives on accuracy, communication, and problemsolving. What You'll Do

  • Review and interpret vendor contracts, billto agreements, and insurance documentation for accuracy and compliance

  • Manage the collections process with professionalism, persistence, and a customerfocused approach

  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment plans, and account discrepancies

  • Process refunds in ServiceTitan with precision and timeliness

  • Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate account records

  • Contribute to improving collections workflows, documentation, and overall efficiency
