North American Recovery is looking for a motivated and professional Inbound Collections Specialist to join our growing team in West Valley City, UT. North American Recovery, a Utah based National Collection Agency is hiring! 
Our company is growing at a rapid rate, and we are looking to hire several energetic individuals for our Inbound Collection Specialists position. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love a challenging and rewarding job.
Do I need collections experience?

No! An understanding of third-party debt collections is a plus but is not required. We have successfully trained hundreds of collectors with no experience, and they’ve gone on to earn over $65,000 a year. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move from a lower paying job as we will train the right person!

  • Accurately document all account activity and customer interactions in the collections management system
  • Review and verify account information to ensure accuracy before processing payments or adjustments
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in sensitive financial conversations
  • Meet or exceed individual performance metrics including call resolution, recovery rates, and productivity goals
  • Adhere to FDCPA regulations and internal compliance policies at all times
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in collections, customer service, or a call center environment preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with FDCPA guidelines and debt collection compliance is a plus
  • Proficient in basic computer navigation and data entry
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED required
