About the Role

We're seeking a meticulous, proactive Collections and Contract Specialist who thrives on accuracy, communication, and problemsolving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into contracts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring financial operations run smoothly. What You'll Do
  • Review and interpret vendor contracts, billto agreements, and insurance documentation for accuracy and compliance

  • Manage the collections process with professionalism, persistence, and a customerfocused approach

  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment plans, and account discrepancies

  • Process refunds in ServiceTitan with precision and timeliness

  • Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate account records

  • Contribute to improving collections workflows, documentation, and overall efficiency
