ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Collections Specialist to work remotely. In this role the compensation will be 100% commission/based on success of collections. The ideal candidate will be organized, well versed in using technology (a collections tool, our in-house technology, Outlook, etc.). The candidate is free to work at their own pace, own location and work any number of hours per week that fits their schedule. This person will NOT be an employee of CertaSite, but instead a 1099 employee.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Calling customers who have past due invoices
• Collecting past due invoices over the phone via credit card
• Sending emails to customers
• Directing customers to in house personnel if there is a question/concern with the customer account
• Following up with customers
• Taking notes on updates performed with the customer in a tool called YayPay
• Assist with month end work and processes to meet strict deadlines.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
• 1099 position
• Percentage of total collected
