Job description

Credit Solutions, LLC, a national collection agency based in Lexington, Kentucky is currently seeking motivated remote Collection Specialists to join our growing organization.
We are looking for self-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills to successfully resolve delinquent medical, telecom, and commercial accounts.
Previous collections experience is preferred; however, we will also consider candidates with prior telephone-based customer service, call center, or sales experience, as comprehensive training is provided.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive starting hourly wage
  • Robust monthly bonus/commission program with no caps

  • 401(k) retirement plan eligibility after one year of employment
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued on a bi-weekly basis

Schedule:
  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to professionally engage with delinquent account holders by phone
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
