This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience while maintaining high standards of client care. As a vital part of our outpatient office, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive client support. Flexible scheduling is available, including occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate the needs of our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions designed to promote client progress.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for all clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as needed to support clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and professional standards.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
