What you will do:
- Call and email school contacts to introduce Book Blast and schedule presentations with school leadership and high-level influencers at the school
- Confirm attendance, send calendar invites, and handle reschedules with speed and care
- Encourage principal participation and ensure the right stakeholders are in the room
- Log activities, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot with complete and timely data
- Follow compliant outreach practices that respect school policies and student privacy
- Share insights from conversations to improve messaging and lists
- Special projects as assigned
- 1+ year of outbound phone-based inside sales experience with consistent activity
- Clear, warm communication and active listening skills
- Strong organization, and follow-through
- Comfort using CRM tools such as HubSpot and calendar tools like Zoom
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Coachable mindset with openness to call reviews and feedback
