Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
What You'll Do
  • Lead daily cash application activities across multiple payment methods, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal controls while partnering with outsourced service providers to resolve escalated issues.
  • Investigate and resolve complex unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, and reconciliation challenges, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze accounts receivable and cash application data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations that support cash flow, working capital, and operational objectives.
  • Develop and deliver reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics while supporting month-end close activities, audits, customer payment dispute resolution, and aging reduction efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating workflows, identifying automation opportunities, collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, IT, Treasury, and banking partners, and serving as a subject matter expert on AR processes and best practices.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit & Collections, or related finance functions.
  • Strong expertise in cash application, reconciliations, dispute management, and accounts receivable processes, with a proven ability to resolve complex payment and transaction issues.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large data sets, identifying trends, developing insights, and recommending process improvements that drive operational performance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and other financial systems, along with strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
