Join our team as aย Leaseย Account Manager, where youโ€™ll sell lease and maintenance contracts, renew agreements, and help customers succeed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, teamwork, and making a measurable impact.ย  The territory for this role with be King County to Bellingham WA


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Grow the business:ย Acquire new customers, renew contracts, and meet annual sales and margin goals.
  • Plan and execute:ย Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Promote Idealease services:ย Use targeted marketing to increase brand awareness and revenue.
  • Build relationships:ย Maintain strong communication and responsiveness with customers.
  • Collaborate:ย Work across departments to ensure seamless service and quick issue resolution.
  • Manage Your Pipeline:ย Keep accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer activity in our CRM.
  • Report performance:ย Provide regular updates on sales activity and forecasts.
  • Support financial processes:ย Follow credit policies and assist with collections when needed.
  • Forecast deliveries:ย Track new unit deliveries to support planning and operations.

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • High School diploma or higher; advanced education or certifications in business, sales, or automotive/truck maintenance preferred.
  • 3โ€“7 years of experience in sales, account management, dealership operations, or fleet management.
  • Self motivated sales professional with a proven track record.
  • Practical knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and customer service best practices.
