MANTECH seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Senior Collaboration Executive to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

This role is a strategic imperative designed to ensure seamless coordination among the program team and government clients to directly counter the logistical challenges of distance, time, and access in the INDOPACOM theater. The Senior Collaboration Executive will utilize data-informed processes to ensure that commercial logistics integration and infrastructure support are executed efficiently and effectively to sustain regional deterrence and secure decisive victory in contested environments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Provide oversight and assistance to coordinate efforts between the program team, government stakeholders, and tenant Technical Points of Contact to foster a collaborative information network that ensures mission outcomes and enhanced operational security.
  • Operational Picture Integration: Assist in the development and maintenance of a Logistics Common Operational Picture (LOGCOP) by coordinating disparate component-level data sets to provide planners with actionable insights and real-time asset tracking.
  • Strategic Project Oversight: Assist with the management complex project milestones and schedules using advanced tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring alignment with rigorous delivery timelines and client priorities across the vast INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility.
  • Standardization and Compliance: Provide oversight into the standardization of project data deliverables and standing operating procedures to ensure all outputs meet both commercial best practices and stringent Department of Defense requirements.
  • Regional Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with military and civilian clients, including facilitating fieldwork and travel to strategic locations throughout the INDOPACOM theater to support the activation of new hub locations.
  • Risk Management Coordination: Support integrated risk management activities by identifying potential bottlenecks or adversarial disruptions and coordinating the implementation of redundant communication and transportation networks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive professional experience in technical project management and analysis supporting Department of Defense contracts.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing project milestones for government contracts.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing project workflows and data deliverables using Jira, Confluence, and other standardized data frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-level client relationships and coordinate across geographically dispersed teams in a joint environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Managerial Leadership or Innovation.
  • Project Management Professional certification.
  • Direct experience supporting USINDOPACOM operations or participating in large-scale exercises such as PACIFIC SENTRY.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an Active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $144,900.00-$260,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
