Shift: Shift 1/ to
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $31.15 - $42.04 / hour
Summary
Under direction of the Director of Quality and Clinical Collaboration, this position works collaboratively with the chairs of the Clinical Consensus Workgroups under Lee Health's medical staff approved structure of the Clinical Collaboration Council. Facilitates and leads quality improvement and change management strategies to further workgroup initiatives which promote clinical standardization and alignment with evidence and consensus based guidelines across the continuum of care. Coordinates data collection and analysis to support workgroup key performance indicators and promotes visibility of data across the health system. Routinely works with physicians and health system leaders.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors' degree Required. Degree in health care related field preferred.
Experience: 3 years quality or performance improvement experience required. 2 years clinical experience required. 1-year project leadership experience required.
Certification: Healthcare Quality Certification preferred, e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
License: Registered Nurse License required.
Other: Project and change management skills required. Exceptional professionalism, customer service, communication, and relationship building skills required. Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to work independently and simultaneously facilitate multiple workgroups and projects. Strong data analysis and graphic displays of information skills required. Experience working with physicians required. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office products.
