Job Summary:
Perfict is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Collaboration Engineering Analyst to support the rollout, configuration, and optimization of enterprise collaboration technologies. The role involves configuring collaboration platforms, supporting SSO and directory integrations, testing user experiences, documenting solutions, and assisting with enterprise rollout initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Execute rollout and implementation plans for enterprise collaboration technologies
• Perform hands-on configuration and customization of collaboration tools in partnership with internal IT teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to collaboration platforms and user access
• Configure system controls and settings to improve customer and end-user experience
• Set up and maintain test workspaces and environments
• Collaborate with Security teams to implement and support SSO, Active Directory, and identity management integrations
• Document technical solutions, workflows, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Create presentations and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders
• Analyze system behavior and recommend process or configuration improvements
• Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities during deployments
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3–5 years of experience in IT systems, collaboration technologies, or enterprise support environments
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 or similar tools
• Experience with SSO, Active Directory, identity/access management, or authentication workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise applications and user environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating technical documentation and PowerPoint presentations
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
Preferred:
• Experience supporting collaboration or productivity platforms in enterprise environments
