THE ROLE:
Join a global technology leader as a Secure Collaboration Manager, where you will lead the design and evolution of secure, scalable enterprise collaboration platforms. You will drive modern ways of working by enabling AI-powered productivity while ensuring strong governance, security, and user experience. Partnering with engineering, security, and business teams, you will translate emerging technologies into practical, secure collaboration capabilities that deliver measurable business value.
THE PERSON:
You are a proactive, self-driven technical leader with strong experience in enterprise collaboration and digital workplace platforms. You thrive in fast-paced environments, confidently lead change, and communicate complex technical and AI-driven concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are an effective collaborator who builds strong cross-functional partnerships to deliver secure, high-impact outcomes. Excellent communication, documentation and cross functional leadership skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and own secure-by-design enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform).
  • Define and maintain collaboration security architecture, governance, and standards.
  • Translate enterprise security policies into scalable platform controls.
  • Design secure models for external sharing, guest/B2B access, data protection, and meetings.
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities (Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels).
  • Provide architectural leadership for AI-enabled collaboration solutions, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • Identify and mitigate collaboration security risks while maintaining strong user productivity.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex security issues and support audit readiness.
  • Continuously improve platforms using telemetry, emerging threat insights, and AI-driven analysis.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
  • Strong experience securing Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 security, including DLP, Purview, and external collaboration.
  • Knowledge of collaboration security risks (oversharing, identity, guest access, meeting security).
  • Experience working with security, compliance, and legal teams in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST frameworks, and audit support.
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled collaboration services (Copilot, Copilot Studio).
  • Microsoft security certifications (e.g., SC-400) preferred.
  • Microsoft Security Certification (Microsoft Information Protection Administrator SC-400)
  • Experience supporting security and compliance frameworks such as:
    • ISO 27001
    • SOC 2, NIST frameworks

  • Experience in supporting security controls for AI-enabled and Agentic AI Collaboration Capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio for Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with highly governed environments such as Microsoft 365 Government Cloud (GCCH)

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred
