Schedule
  • Full-Time

  • Monday–Friday

  • On-Call Rotation Required

  • Primarily Day Shift (hours may vary based on the needs of the facility)

As our Maintenance Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facility remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for our residents, visitors, and staff. If you're an experienced maintenance professional who takes pride in your work and enjoys leading a team, we'd love to hear from you!

Maintenance Director Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and building code compliance.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and ensure completion of all facility maintenance and repairs.

  • Perform routine inspections of the facility to maintain safety, appearance, and equipment performance.

  • Maintain working knowledge of building systems and applicable code requirements.

  • Ensure all work complies with State, Federal, OSHA, and Life Safety regulations.

  • Previous facility maintenance experience is required.

  • Experience with NFPA Guidelines is required.

  • Experience with the Long-Term Care (LTC) Life Safety Survey process is preferred.

  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

  • Knowledge of OSHA and Life Safety regulations.

  • Previous supervisory and management experience.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
