Job Description Summary:

Location: Boston, MA

The Director, Warehouse Nutrition Sales - Ahold Delhaize USA (ADUSA) is responsible for leading the end-to-end sales strategy, execution, and performance of Coca-Cola's warehouse-delivered Nutrition portfolio across ADUSA banners, including Food Lion, Stop & Shop, Giant Food, Hannaford, and The GIANT Company. This role is pivotal in driving volume-led growth, improving category performance, and strengthening Coca-Cola's leadership position in the Nutrition category.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in sales leadership, analytics, and performance accountability, with a strong ability to leverage data-driven insights, execute best-in-class commercial strategies, and foster deep customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and profitability for Coca-Cola's Nutrition portfolio across ADUSA banners.

  • Lead and manage the relationship with Ahold Delhaize USA, ensuring alignment with their strategic priorities and delivering mutual business growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders at ADUSA banners, including Food Lion, Stop & Shop, Giant Food, Hannaford, and The GIANT Company.

  • Partner with brokers, such as Acosta, to optimize sales execution and ensure alignment with Coca-Cola's strategic goals.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage analytics and insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize category performance, and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.

Commercial Execution:

  • Drive best-in-class execution of promotional plans, pricing strategies, and product placement to maximize sales and market share.

  • Ensure alignment with Coca-Cola's broader Nutrition strategy and brand objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experiencein sales, with a focus onJuice and Dairycategories.

  • Proven experience working withAhold Delhaize USAand its banners (Food Lion, Stop & Shop, Giant Food, Hannaford, and The GIANT Company).

  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with brokers, such asAcosta, to drive sales performance.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
