Summary

The Print Shop Intern supports daily production by assisting with basic tasks in a fast-paced print environment. This role is hands-on and focuses on material handling, finishing work, and helping keep production running smoothly.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with loading and unloading print materials (vinyl, boards, paper, etc.)
  • Help prepare jobs for printing (organizing materials, staging work)
  • Support finishing tasks (cutting, laminating, mounting, packing)
  • Remove completed prints and stack/organize for next steps
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Assist operators with basic machine support (under supervision)
  • Perform simple quality checks (visual inspection for damage or defects)
  • Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications
  • No prior experience required (training provided)
  • Interest in print production, graphics, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn equipment and production processes
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Interest in print, signage, or production work
  • Basic familiarity with tools or equipment
